Disrespectful use of language with collaborators or third parties, whether through insults, profanities, threats, accusations or inappropriate judgments, degrading criticism, aggressive orders or shouting.
Any conscious reiterated and sustained conduct or action of harassment against an employee, that lasts for a certain period of time and threatens health, dignity or integrity in the work environment. For example, harassment, mockery, or verbal harassment, among others.
Making undue and by any means requirements of a non-consensual sexual nature directed at whoever receives them and which threaten or harm their work situation or employment opportunities. This includes harassment between a man and woman, or between people of the same gender. These requirements (physical contact, innuendos, e-mail) can be proposals, innuendos, vulgar language or gestures, showing pornographic material, among others. Persistence with sexual behaviour, after the person subject to it has expressed that it is undesirable, is what makes such conduct harassment.
These are situations in which the individual interests oppose those of the company in a real, potential or apparent fashion, endangering the objectivity to act in line with the interests of the organisation. This includes any action exercised for benefits or personal preference rather than for the good of the company. For example, being the boss of a relative or favouring a friendship in a tender, among others.
This is any distinction, exclusion or preferential treatment that is based on race, colour, gender, religion, trade union membership, political opinion or any other that is deemed irrational or unjustified, and whose effect is to alter or eliminate the equal treatment of employees, customers or suppliers. For example, it can arise during hiring, training, unjustified discharge, etc.
Unduly disclose or use that confidential, insider, private or commercial information of the company. For example, databases, confidential information of employees or customers, commercial plans, etc.
This is any conduct that arises as a result of misusing the company’s property, be this using it indiscrimately or for purposes other than those it was intended for. This includes action regarding all the material and non-material resources to which we have access due to our work, be they the property of the company, its customers or suppliers. For example, using the company’s stationary for own purposes.
This is the unauthorised removal or undue withdrawal of money, products, materials, equipment or other goods of the company.
Causing property damage to someone through deception and for profit.
